Breaking away from the technological limits of the lead-acid battery, the silicone rechargeable battery embraces a breakthrough of using a silicate compound in the electrolyte. Silicone batteries have an enormous durable power universally recognized as having a cutting edge over the commonly used lead-acid battery, due to the silicone battery's high capacity, high current output, rapid recharge time, low and high temperature performance, long lifespan and no pollution impact on the environment.

Our new silicone battery factory covers 100,000 square meters, running nine production lines to keep up with the ever growing international demand. As a leader in the power & energy storage industry, our research and development base has integrated technical research &  development,  production  and  marketing  services  into  one  body,  allowing  us  to distribute this most amazing state-of-the-art battery to the world at competitive prices.

For  the  convenience  of  our  customers  we can nclude  the  shipping cost  to  the  nearest destination sea port in the price of the battery, with minimum orders.

The core manufacturing technology for producing this high performance silicone power & storage battery, is covered by its own proprietary intellectual property rights nationally and internationally and two international invention patents.  The quality of the silicone battery has been greatly improved through the adoption of an ultra micron silicon salt composite electrolyte and a new technology for replacing liquid in the electrolyte. Compared to the lead-acid battery and the gel-acid battery, the silicone battery has advantages of higher current discharge, rapid recharge capacities, smaller inner resistance, smaller self-discharge and a longer lifespan, typically a minimum of two to three times longer than that of lead-acid batteries.

Furthermore; unlike the lead-acid battery and gel-acid battery, there is no acid mist generated during the silicone battery production. At the end of the life-cycle of the silicone battery, the electrolyte is neutral and can be used as a high grade organic fertilizer and the rest of the housing recycled.

Amongst more than 2000 companies in the power & energy storage industry, the silicone battery is the only one of its kind that is recognized and certified by "Green Star" an Environmental Protection Agency Bureau as safe to the environment. The silicone battery factory is certified ISO-14001 to ensure high quality standards are kept in the work place making it a safe environment for our family of employees. In addition, the silicone battery was tested by the "State 863 Plan” and has been awarded a "National Defense Communication Equipment Network Access License" issued by the China General Staff Headquarters and China State Information Industry Department for the use   by   the   military   in   telecommunication systems.   This   speaks   loudly   as to   the performance of our state-of-the-art silicone battery technology.

Our silicone rechargeable power batteries are now used in many industries such as national defense, telecommunications, aviation, navigation, railway industry, transportation sectors, electric vehicles (EV), wind & solar applications, UPS, GPS, our microgrids and portable lighting as well as many other industrial uses.

They are used extensively in our NRG Economizer microgrids.
