Welcome

Global NRG manufactures and markets biodiesel systems that are systems adopting Nano Cavitation technology.

Global NRG's plants are designed to bring affordable biodiesel processing technology especially to the Asian, Middle Eastern, United States and African countries.

Using only virgin vegetable oil,  waste/recycled vegetable oil as feedstock, or animal fats our system produces clean biodiesel in a short process time. Our process produces biodiesel to ASTM and EN standards.

Global NRG provides the right technology for small - medium scale production of good quality biodiesel. We are also able to supply Nano Cavitation technology for high volume plants

About Biodiesel
The concept of using vegetable oil as a fuel dates back to 1895 when Dr. Rudolf Diesel developed the first diesel engine to run on vegetable oil. He demonstrated his engine at the World Exhibition in Paris in 1900 and described an experiment using peanut oil as fuel in his engine.

Biodiesel (methyl ester), a clean burning bio-fuel made purely from straight vegetable oil (SVO) or waste vegetable oil (WVO) , is biodegradable, non-toxic and non-petro based. It can be used on compression-ignition engines (diesel engines) with no modification. Clean emission, non polluting and essentially free of sulphur and aromatics.

No equipment supplier can really guarantee the quality of biodiesel that meets the different standards unless the quality of feedstock and other raw materials are known and the process monitored carefully. There are different recipes as guidelines but making good biodiesel may take a little time and practice. To produce the exact requirements of EN 14214 which is based on rapeseed and ASTM 6751 on soya is difficult for palm or coconut methyl esters to end with these exact specifications. We understand that discussions are taking place to widen the requirements so that the percentage of biodiesel (5.75%) required in fossil/mineral/dino/petro diesel by a certain timeframe (2010) can be possibly met.

Today blending B100 into petro diesel is common. B5 is 5% biodiesel to 95% petro-diesel and B20 is 20% biodiesel to 80% petro-diesel respectively.
