WHAT WE ARE DOING

Global NRG is introducing a new concept in the disposal of Municipal, industrial Solid Waste (MSW), green waste and biowaste which simultaneously helps to eliminate the expansion of existing landfill sites and the development of new ones and reduces millions of tons of carbon dioxide emissions.

We've developed waste recycling technology which addresses environmental, economic, and community concerns.

This recycling technology consists of a process that simultaneously provides a single source municipal solid waste and biowaste recycling operation, as well as a high-density process manufacturing plant producing a combustible “clean energy” fuel.

The Global NRG process assists in the elimination of long distance trucking of a majority of waste from a given area to existing landfill operations. In utilizing this technology available MSW and biowaste streams are put through a pelletization process. Additional tonnage of recyclables will be positively selected to take to market, assisting the region to work towards a goal of reaching at least 60% - 80%  recycling separation of the overall garbage produced. The positively selecting appropriate residual materials are mixed with  other high BTU materials in the production of a high BTU pellet. The pellets can be used either to replace coal, coke or gas in industrial processes, or for use in an acceptable combined combustion/gasification and local energy recovery system. Minimal tonnage of waste that cannot be utilized may still require a home in landfill, but through the front end selection process, any hazardous waste that found its way into the black bag system will be removed and sent to the appropriately designated landfill for such materials or can be gasified at high temperatures to destroy toxins.
